How the application works

We keep the first step simple. Automation and onboarding tooling comes later.

  1. Submit event profile: cities, venues, volumes, arrival/departure waves.
  2. Get demo access to the partner portal (limited).
  3. Define operational contacts, pickup points and timing rules.
  4. Approval & activation (capacity model, settlement, escalation).
What we typically need

This helps us validate quality, coverage, and operational readiness.

  • Named operational contact(s) for event-day coordination.
  • Clear pickup points / meeting locations per venue or terminal.
  • Agreement on waiting/cancellation rules and escalation process.
  • Compliance with local transport and licensing rules (where applicable).
