- Define operational contacts, pickup points and timing rules.
- Approval & activation (capacity model, settlement, escalation).

This helps us validate quality, coverage, and operational readiness.

- ✓Clear pickup points / meeting locations per venue or terminal.
- ✓Agreement on waiting/cancellation rules and escalation process.
- ✓Compliance with local transport and licensing rules (where applicable).
