Register your company
Create a fleet account on fleet.meilora.com. Add company details, billing info and your preferred payout currency.
Add vehicles and drivers
Register your vehicle fleet and invite your drivers. Each driver gets their own app account under your fleet profile.
Receive transfer offers
Meilora sends offers matching your vehicle classes and service area. You see gross fare, platform fee and your payout before accepting.
Dispatch and manage
Assign jobs to drivers from the fleet portal. Track transfers in progress, manage schedules, respond to changes.
Get paid in your currency
Payouts processed after each completed transfer. Set your preferred currency — we handle FX conversion at ECB rates.
Transparent marketplace — legally important
Meilora operates as an EU-compliant marketplace intermediary, not a transport operator. You see exactly what the passenger paid, what Meilora takes, and what you receive — on every offer, before you accept.
This model is a legal requirement for EU marketplace status and protects both parties from ambiguity around pricing and liability.

What commission does Meilora charge?
Platform fees vary by region and volume. You see the exact fee and your net payout on every offer before you accept — it’s always transparent.
Can we set our own prices?
Currently, pricing follows Meilora’s tariff system. Own-rate pricing for large fleets is on the roadmap and will be available in a future phase.
In which currency do we get paid?
You choose your preferred payout currency when setting up your fleet profile. We convert at ECB exchange rates.
How do cancellations work?
Passenger cancellations within 24h trigger a cancellation fee. You’re protected from late no-shows with a waiting compensation policy.
Do we need to integrate an API?
No. The fleet portal works out of the box via a web browser. API access for direct integration is available for larger operators on request.
