Backend Engineer (Python / FastAPI)

About the role

You will work on backend systems that power booking flows, pricing, integrations, and operational tooling. This role is for someone who enjoys building clean, reliable services and working with structured product logic, not just isolated endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services and APIs
• Work on booking, pricing, and platform workflows

Requirements

Must have

• Strong Python experience
• Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks
• Experience with relational databases
• Good API design skills
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team
• Comfort working with structured systems and consistent data models

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS
• Experience with payments or third-party integrations
• Experience with marketplace, travel, or mobility products
• Familiarity with modern frontend collaboration workflows
