Mobile Engineer (React Native / Expo)

About the role

You will work on mobile apps that support booking flows and operational scenarios. This role is for someone who understands user flows in real-world contexts and can build reliable, clear mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop mobile features using React Native (Expo)
• Implement booking and user flows
• Integrate with backend APIs
• Ensure performance and reliability
• Collaborate with backend, product, and design

Requirements

Must have

• Strong experience with React Native or similar
• Experience with mobile application development
• Experience building flow-based interfaces (not just screens)
• Understanding of API integration
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team
• Ability to design interactions for constrained mobile environments

Nice to have

• Experience with Expo
• Experience with geolocation or maps
• Experience with real-time updates
• Experience with travel, mobility, or marketplace apps
• Ability to work with native layers when needed (iOS / Android)
