Parliament, royal rooms and 800 years of ruins under one roof
Christiansborg is the only building in the world that houses a country's parliament, supreme court and royal reception rooms. Your ticket covers the Reception Rooms with the Queen's Tapestries, the Royal Stables and the ruins of two earlier castles below.
The palace stands where Bishop Absalon built his fortress in the twelfth century, and the ruins trace more than 800 years on this islet.
