What if my flight is late?

Give us the flight number when booking. The two hours count from the confirmed meeting time, which follows your actual arrival.

Can we do it on the way to the airport?

Yes. Start at your hotel on departure day and finish at the airport, a station or the port.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund.
